A Palestinian non-governmental organization licensed by the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Culture. YES theatre’s activities were officially launched in early 2008 by a technical and administrative staff that carried out theatrical works and drama programs and projects for ten years before the foundation. The establishment of the theater was due to the absence of organizations in the Hebron governorate that used children and young people to use theater and drama as tools of expression and entertainment. YES Theatre is specialized in the field of boy’s theater and drama education in the Palestinian areas, where it trains adults to act, teach drama and make puppets. YES Theatre’s projects are designed to give young Palestinians the opportunity to create and express their individual voice, and to create their own sense and creative life.
